Support Engineer

Support engineeer for Level 2 type support work to Major MNO and System Integrators in Japan. This is a fantastic opportunity to become proficient in mobile network technologies/business/industry and collaborate in an english speaking environment

The role will include providing customer support and software testing initially but can grow in any of several areas including development, solution architecture, project management, business development

  • Minimum Education: Engineer/Computer Science or similar Degree.
  • Minimal skills: Linux administration from command line level + scripting such as Python, PHP, Bash, TCL etc.
  • Fluent/Native Japanese language level.

We are looking for a project manager to support delivery of complex software solutions for our customers & clients

  • Minimum Education: Engineer/Computer Science or similar Degree.
  • Strong knowledge of Client/Server protocols.
  • Track record for successful project delivery in Japan
  • Hands on appraoch, will write technical documents from specifications to installation procedures

Senior Support Engineer

Scale up to support exciting new project. Create Test Plans, develop test tools, perform system testing, regression testing, performance testing, acceptance testing.

Participate in 24*7 support of live systems deployed with mobile operators individual must be a problem solver, work with minimal management, can create clear reports and other documentation
